Our program gives you techniques for becoming lucid while you are dreaming. Once you understand you are having a dream you are able to pay more attention to events occuring in the dream and therefore obtain greater meaning from the dream. Secondly, our program strengthens the areas of the brain that create the dream world. With those areas strengthened your dreams become more vivid, more clear, and more understandable.
